Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: $16.50 – $16.80/hour

Production Associate Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Basic measurement and inspection skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
About the Production Associate Role
- Perform process control checks, start-up checks, and basic operator maintenance
- Set up and adjust machines according to work instructions
- Perform die changes and machine adjustments as scheduled
- Load materials and operate production equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Record production output and track efficiency and scrap
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any issues to team leads or supervisors
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
