Pay: $18.29/hour + $0.75/hour shift differential
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Material Handler (Forklift Operator) to support warehouse and production operations in Shelbyville, KY. In this role, you will operate forklifts to move materials, maintain inventory flow, and support daily production needs in a fast-paced environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with forklift experience who is safety-focused and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility
- Load and unload shipments and organize materials in designated areas
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper handling and storage of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
- Assist with staging, packaging, and preparing materials for shipment
- Support overall warehouse and production operations as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
