About the Receiver / P-Tank Coordinator Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable Receiver / P-Tank Coordinator to support warehouse and production operations in Shelbyville, KY. This role is responsible for receiving materials, unloading bead trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting safe and efficient facility operations.
This position is ideal for someone with forklift experience who values safety, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload bead trucks into silos and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure safe, effective, and efficient goods handling and delivery
- Verify tags, markings, and labels for accuracy
- Maintain parts inventory and assist with monthly inventory counts
- Report mechanical or electrical issues to appropriate personnel
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Forklift experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify product labeling
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
Physical Requirements
- Frequent bending, standing, stooping, and grasping
- Ability to handle small parts consistently throughout the shift
