Location: Lexington, KY
Shifts: A, B, C, D (2-2-3 schedule)
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $16/hour
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Production Operator Role
Crown Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing facility in Lexington, KY. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, mechanical processes, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.
The Production Operator will support daily manufacturing activities, maintain equipment operation, and ensure product quality and
consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machines and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Follow production schedules, work orders, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, maintenance, or factory experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude (experience working on cars or using tools is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a 2-2-3 rotation schedule (including weekends as assigned).
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
