About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a Registered Dietitian to support patient care in a hospital setting in Prestonsburg, KY. In this role, you will provide clinical nutrition services, assess patient needs, and develop personalized nutrition plans to support overall health outcomes.
You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure patients receive high-quality, coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
- Provide patient education related to nutrition and health
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
- Follow hospital policies and clinical nutrition standards
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
- Clinical or hospital nutrition experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment
- Proficiency with EHR systems and nutrition software
