About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Pick & Packer to support warehouse operations in Shelbyville, KY. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders to ensure products are prepared for shipment efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using RF scanner technology
- Pack products securely and prepare them for shipment
- Perform visual quality checks on outgoing items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
