About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a Registered Dietitian to support patient care in a hospital setting in Prestonsburg, KY. In this role, you will provide clinical nutrition services, assess patient needs, and develop personalized nutrition plans to support overall health and recovery.
You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient outcomes
- Provide nutrition education to patients when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Follow hospital policies and clinical nutrition standards
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
- Clinical or hospital nutrition experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment
- Experience with electronic health records and nutrition software preferred

- Nutrition analysis software
- Standard clinical documentation tools
