About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring dependable Production Workers in Shelbyville, KY. In this role, you will support production by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and looking for a stable third-shift position with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove finished parts and perform visual quality inspections
- Assemble, pack, seal, label, and stack boxes according to instructions
- Move materials and finished products to designated areas
- Trim, dip, or finish parts as required
- Use gauges, scales, and measuring tools to verify product quality
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and good manufacturing practices
- Support team operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous production experience preferred
