Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring reliable Secondary Operators for a manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, KY. In this role, you will support production by
inspecting parts, loading materials into machines, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect metal components prior to processing
- Place small metal parts into machinery for welding
- Monitor machine operation during production cycles
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Place completed parts onto designated carts
- Maintain consistent workflow to support production goals
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous production or machine operation experience preferred
