Crown Staffing is hiring a reliable Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in Shelbyville, KY. This role focuses on moving, staging, and organizing materials to ensure efficient workflow and on-time production.

Key Responsibilities
- Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Ensure accurate material flow to support production and shipping
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with inventory organization and tracking
- Support other departments as needed to meet operational goals
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or on a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
