Oven Parts Technician – Job Details
Location: Travel-based role (job sites vary)
Schedule: Travel rotation — approximately 2 weeks on, 1 week off
Hours: Varies based on assignment
Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Possible and may be required

Oven Parts Technician Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong active listening and learning abilities
- Good reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions
- Service-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to travel and work in different job site environments
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn preferred
About the Oven Parts Technician Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated technicians to support commercial oven and hood maintenance projects at client locations. This role involves cleaning, disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling equipment while working alongside experienced technicians.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform oven and hood cleaning services according to company procedures
- Follow detailed instructions for each assignment
- Assist with disassembling ovens and equipment components
- Reassemble equipment after cleaning or maintenance is complete
- Communicate regularly with the Lead Technician and team members
- Assist with moving equipment, parts, and tools as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support quality control procedures and ensure work meets company standards
- Assist with additional maintenance and service tasks as assigned
- May assist with driving between job sites when needed
