Location: Lexington, KY
Schedule: Flexible — shifts available between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
(Example: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Work from Home: Option available after 30 days of training

About the Graphic Artist Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Artist to support design and production efforts related to large-format printing, including billboards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye who enjoys bringing visual concepts to life.
This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work from home after initial training.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare graphics for billboard and large-format printing
- Collaborate with team members to bring creative ideas and concepts to life
- Ensure designs meet production specifications and quality standards
- Make edits and revisions based on feedback
- Organize and manage design files and projects
- Maintain consistency with branding and visual guidelines
- Assist with additional creative or production-related tasks as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in graphic design, printing, or visual media
- Experience using GFX editing software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer and design software skills preferred
- Open to a wide range of experience levels
