Schedule: Flexible (Shifts available between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
Example: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to support design and production for large-format printing, including billboard projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning ideas into impactful visual designs.
This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to transition to a work-from-home setup after training.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare graphics for large-format printing and billboards
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts
- Ensure designs meet production specifications and quality standards
- Make revisions and updates based on feedback
- Organize and manage design files and projects
- Maintain consistency with branding and visual guidelines
- Assist with additional creative and production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in graphic design, printing, or visual media
- Experience using graphic design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer and design skills preferred
- Open to a wide range of experience levels
