Pay: $16.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to support large-format printing projects, including billboards, in Lexington, KY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life through impactful visual design.
With flexible scheduling and the opportunity to transition to a remote setup after training, this position offers both creativity and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare graphics for large-format printing and billboard projects
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts
- Ensure designs meet production specifications and quality standards
- Revise and update designs based on feedback
- Organize and manage design files and project workflows
- Maintain brand consistency and visual guidelines
- Assist with additional creative and production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in graphic design, printing, or visual media preferred
- Experience using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer and design skills required
- Open to entry-level and experienced candidates
