Pay: $48,000 annually
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Some extended hours & weekends as needed

About the Warehouse Manager Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a driven and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead production and warehouse operations while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for workforce supervision, production scheduling, problem-solving, and process efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Warehouse Manager will coordinate with multiple departments, supervise hourly employees, and ensure performance expectations and production requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and communicate with team members to improve quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Schedule production activities and ensure department goals are met.
- Coordinate schedules and requirements with other departments.
- Supervise up to 30 hourly production employees.
- Adjust workforce levels based on production demand.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and process issues.
- Evaluate and improve production efficiency and workflow.
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all company policies related to:
- Safety & quality
- Productivity & performance
- Discipline & attendance
- HR & compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Supervisory and quality experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanically inclined with basic understanding of machinery & packaging equipment.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001) preferred.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
- Experience with:
- 5S & Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
- Measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- Solid basic math proficiency.
