Pay: $17.75/hour
Schedule:
- Swing Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Training (Day Shift): Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Crown Staffing is hiring dependable General Labor Associates to support production operations in Springfield, KY. This role involves working with equipment used in the production of animal feed and supplements while maintaining safety, efficiency, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support daily production goals and workflows
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods while monitoring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
