Crown Staffing is hiring Production Team Members to support automotive manufacturing operations in Bardstown, KY. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and test parts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic testing of components as required
- Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Support additional production tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
