Production Worker – Sharonville, OH
Crown Staffing is hiring Production Workers in Sharonville, Ohio.
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
Pay: $18/hour

Position Overview
Work on the assembly line in the glazing department, putting together windows. This is a hands-on production role requiring attention to detail, basic construction skills, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble windows on the production line
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and measure accurately using a tape measure
- Lift and move materials up to 50–75 lbs
- Follow safety guidelines, including wearing closed-toed shoes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Construction or assembly experience preferred
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Able to lift up to 50–75 lbs safely
