Machine Helper – Cincinnati, OH
Crown Staffing is hiring a Machine Helper in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Pay: $16+/hour, DOE (commensurate with experience)
Position Overview
This hands-on role supports machine maintenance and repair. You’ll assist with disassembling, cleaning, and rebuilding machinery while learning valuable mechanical skills. Occasional field service travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, disassemble, and reassemble machines
- Assist with teardown and rebuild of machine units
- Support mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance tasks
- Use hand tools to complete assigned work
- Assist with metal hand-scraping, lathe, and mill operations
- Support welding tasks as needed
- Travel occasionally for field service assignments
Skills & Experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Experience using hand tools
- Familiarity with electrical or hydraulic systems a plus
- Willingness to learn metal hand-scraping, lathe, mill, or welding tasks
- Team player with a strong work ethic
