Pay: $15.50 per hour
Schedule Options:
- 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the Role
Crown Staffing is seeking reliable Machine Operators to support production in Hodgenville, KY. This role focuses on operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions to meet product specifications and quality standards
- Operate machines according to company procedures
- Perform measurements and ensure parts meet required standards
- Make machine adjustments based on measurement data
- Complete daily machine and quality checks with accurate documentation
- Communicate any quality or equipment issues to leadership promptly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Assist with training new team members as needed
- Follow all safety policies and guidelines
- Support additional production tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexibility to work assigned schedules
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Experience or familiarity with ISO 9001 standards preferred
