Schedule Options:
- 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions to meet product specifications and quality standards
- Operate machinery according to company procedures
- Perform measurements and verify parts meet required standards
- Make machine adjustments based on measurement results
- Complete daily machine and quality checks with accurate documentation
- Report any quality or equipment issues to leadership promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with training new team members as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Support additional production tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Experience or familiarity with ISO 9001 standards preferred
