Key Responsibilities: ● Perform precise and efficient refurbishment and upgrading of electromechanical and mechanical systems. ● Maintain our commitment to quality through thorough repair and refurbishment of kiosks and their accessories. ● Keep track of and maintain an inventory of refurbishment supplies. ● Accurately document work records associated with kiosks and their accessories. ● Conduct comprehensive cosmetic quality evaluations of kiosks. Skills & Proficiencies: ● Proven ability to align, fit, or assemble component parts using a comprehensive range of hand and power tools. ● Solid experience troubleshooting electromechanical and mechanical systems. ● Ability to read and adhere to written work instructions. ● Familiarity with an array of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. ● Strong commitment to safe work practices, including the regular use of PPE and safety devices. ● Proficiency in building and repairing PCs is a plus. ● Basic understanding of Linux commands is preferred. Candidate Qualifications: ● High school diploma or GED. ● Technical certification will be viewed favorably. ● Moderate proficiency in computer software, particularly Google Suite. ● At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance/production environment. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. ● Valid driver's license. ● Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
