Job Overview
Trudeau's Fence Company – Mills Fence is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily yard and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position working both outdoors and inside the warehouse environment. Candidates should be comfortable with physical labor, lifting materials, and assisting with general shop duties.
Forklift experience is helpful, and light welding experience is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is reliable, versatile, and willing to jump in where needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with moving and organizing fencing materials and supplies
- Perform general yard and warehouse labor duties
- Load, unload, and stage materials for crews
- Operate a forklift when needed (experience preferred)
- Assist with light welding tasks if experienced
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a warehouse setting
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to help where needed
- Forklift experience preferred
- Welding experience is a plus
