Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Finisher.
Finisher Job Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Groveport, Ohio
Finisher Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finishing, grinding, sanding, or deburring metal parts required
- Ability to accurately read and use calipers
- Experience inspecting parts for quality, dimensions, and defects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
About the Finisher Role
As a Finisher, your responsibilities will include:
- Grind, sand, and deburr metal or manufactured parts to meet quality standards
- Inspect finished parts for defects and overall quality
- Use calipers and measuring tools to verify part dimensions and specifications
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals
- Ensure finished products meet customer and company quality expectations
