About the Project Coordinator Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and organized Project Coordinator to support warehouse operations in Louisville, KY. This role assists with coordinating operational projects, tracking inventory activity, and ensuring daily warehouse processes run efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support warehouse projects and operational initiatives
- Track project timelines and provide updates to management
- Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reporting
- Communicate with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency
- Maintain documentation and reports related to warehouse operations
- Identify and help resolve operational issues to improve productivity
- Support daily warehouse processes and assist with additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
