Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday & Saturday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable and motivated Maintenance Tech Associate to support property maintenance and repair operations in New Salisbury, IN. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks to help maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and taking pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs such as fixing locks, replacing windows, and basic maintenance tasks
- Assist with pest control activities, including applying treatments as needed
- Complete groundskeeping and preventative maintenance tasks
- Repair and maintain equipment as required
- Safely operate company vehicles to complete job duties
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure overall operational efficiency
Requirements
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and common appliances
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Bilingual skills are a plus
