Storage Facility Attendant – Job Details
Louisville, KY (with travel to Radcliff)
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Type: Part-Time
- 4 weekdays + every other Saturday
About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable and customer-focused Storage Facility Attendant to support daily operations at a self-storage facility in Louisville, KY. This role combines customer service, administrative tasks, property monitoring, and light maintenance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while providing great service and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with unit availability, pricing, and policies
- Process rentals, lease agreements, and payments
- Maintain accurate tenant records and payment logs
- Perform routine property checks to ensure cleanliness and security
- Open and close facility gates and storage areas as scheduled
- Monitor security systems and report concerns
- Complete light maintenance tasks such as cleaning units and changing locks
- Manage delinquent accounts and follow collection procedures
- Assist customers during move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain office organization and manage supply inventory
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
