Production Associate Requirements
- Previous forklift experience required
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of warehouse and production operations preferred
About the Production Associate Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Bardstown, KY. This is a floater position that supports multiple areas of production and warehouse operations. Candidates will spend time both on and off the production line and will regularly operate a forklift to move materials and support production needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable working in both production and material handling environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to transport materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility
- Support production line operations as needed
- Move materials to and from designated work areas
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for production
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist in multiple departments as production needs change
- Support warehouse and manufacturing operations as assigned
