Shift: 3rd Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation Schedule
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Production Associate Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to rotate between production lines and departments as needed
About the Production Associate Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Bardstown, KY. In this role, employees will support production operations by handling products throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe work environment.
This position offers a rotating schedule with opportunities to learn multiple production processes and work in various areas of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove products from production machines
- Clean and prepare products for assembly or packaging
- Assemble components according to work instructions and quality standards
- Stack and organize finished products for shipment or storage
- Inspect products for defects and report quality concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Rotate between production lines and departments as needed
- Support additional production duties as assigned
