General Laborer
Springfield, KY
Pay: $18.00/hour during training
Pay: $18.50/hour after training completion and transfer to 2nd Shift
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

General Laborer Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift 55-pound bags consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor feed bags as they fill during the production process
- Guide filled bags across conveyor systems for sealing
- Lift and stack 55-pound bags onto pallets
- Maintain production flow and support daily manufacturing operations
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with additional production and general labor duties as assigned

Employees will train on 1st shift for approximately one month before transitioning to 2nd shift upon successful completion of training.
