Salary: $45,000 – $50,000/year

Warehouse Manager Requirements

• Previous warehouse management or leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and managing daily workflows
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance procedures
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make operational decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Experience with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) compliance is a plus
• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

About the Warehouse Manager Role

Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a full-time opportunity in Louisville, KY. This position is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, employee supervision, logistics coordination, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience improving warehouse productivity while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product levels
• Implement strategies to maximize storage space and reduce waste
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse team members
• Ensure employees follow safety procedures and properly operate equipment
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and transportation schedules
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, FDA, Customs, and company safety standards
• Optimize warehouse workflows and operational efficiency
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments
• Monitor and support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) compliance procedures
• Utilize warehouse management systems and reporting tools to improve operations
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements
