Pay: $29.00/hour
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will lead production teams, coordinate daily shift activities, and help ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity goals are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign team members to meet production goals and customer demands
- Monitor workflow, production schedules, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate daily shift activities to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Maintain production reports, shift summaries, and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, production specifications, and company standards
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with customer issue investigations and resolution efforts
- Coach, support, and monitor employee performance
- Promote workplace safety, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance standards
- Monitor attendance, approve timesheets, and manage employee scheduling
- Conduct employee evaluations and support team development
- Lead projects focused on operational improvements and production efficiency
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience in a union manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Kanban principles preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience managing diverse teams in a production environment
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives

- Manufacturing and production facility environment
- Frequent movement throughout the production floor
- Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production demands
