Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour

Senior Assembly Technician Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of assembly or mechanical experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
- Experience with material handling equipment preferred
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and understanding of systems
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
About the Senior Assembly Technician Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled Senior Assembly Technician to support advanced assembly operations in a manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on building, testing, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems while supporting team performance and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex mechanical systems according to engineering specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, including tolerances and material requirements
- Operate tools and equipment such as torque wrenches, forklifts, cranes, and measuring devices
- Assist with or lead assembly of equipment including conveyors, motors, drives, and pulleys
- Select and verify correct components such as fasteners, bearings, and fabricated parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or performance issues
- Perform and document quality checks to ensure compliance with standards
- Support continuous improvement and workflow efficiency
- Mentor and assist team members with best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
