About the Fence Installer Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Fence Installer to support residential and commercial projects in Louisville, KY. This role involves installing fencing systems while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a hands-on team.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and lay out fence lines accurately
- Dig post holes using manual or powered equipment
- Set fence posts in concrete with proper alignment and spacing
- Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and hardware
- Operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, augers, and levels
- Follow project specifications, drawings, and site plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Load, unload, and secure materials, tools, and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous fence installation or construction experience required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic blueprints or layouts
- Strong work ethic and reliability
