About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Crew Lead to support lawn and landscaping operations in Louisville, KY. This role involves leading a team, operating equipment, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone with landscaping experience who is ready to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sites
- Operate zero-turn mowers and other landscaping equipment
- Drive company truck and trailer to and from job locations
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with team members and management
- Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas
- Assist with landscaping tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable and team-oriented with strong work ethic
- Flexible schedule and ability to work extended hours as needed
