About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Crew Lead to support lawn and landscaping operations in Louisville, KY. This role focuses on leading a team, operating equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on landscaping experience who is ready to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sites
- Operate zero-turn mowers and other landscaping equipment
- Drive a truck and trailer to transport crew and equipment
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
- Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas
- Assist with landscaping tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and dependable
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours as needed
