Industrial Maintenance Technician – Lebanon, OH
Crown Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift position in Lebanon, Ohio.
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $25–$30/hour, DOE

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform both electrical and mechanical duties in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment. This role requires being on your feet throughout the shift and working in conditions that may be hot, dusty, or loud.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase motor control systems
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and programming info
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on plant equipment
- Install conduit, pull and terminate wiring
- Inspect and repair motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, transformers, and wiring
- Service electrical components for building equipment and production machinery
Mechanical Duties:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and plant facilities
- Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical devices; replace defective parts
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, material handling, and rigging equipment
- Respond to mechanical and electrical trouble calls promptly
- Start machinery and adjust PLCs and VFDs for optimal performance
- Install new equipment during plant upgrades or expansions
- Provide emergency repairs during non-production hours
- Maintain clean and organized maintenance and inventory areas
Qualifications
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and production machinery
- Comfortable working on your feet and in varied warehouse conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment
