Position: Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $21–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Monday through Friday

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and supporting production equipment used in gel pack manufacturing. Machine Operators play a key role in keeping production lines running efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment throughout the shift
- Monitor machines to ensure consistent production and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met
- Coordinate and oversee packers and stackers to maintain production flow
- Accurately complete production, quality, and safety documentation
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and GMP standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours
