Crown Staffing is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents in a healthcare setting in Glasgow, KY. In this role, you will work alongside nursing staff to provide quality patient care while promoting comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, oral care, hair care, and grooming
- Observe and report skin breakdown or changes in resident condition
- Support residents with daily activities and facility programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers as needed
- Work collaboratively with a service-oriented healthcare team
- Follow all safety procedures and patient care guidelines
Requirements
- Active CNA certification through the Kentucky Board of Nursing or Compact State required
- Previous CNA experience preferred but not required
- CPR certification preferred (training may be available on-site)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
