Responsibilities of the Production/HP
• Operate and control all equipment associated with the high-pressure gassing operation
including all vessels and transporters.
• Set vessel cycles according to the required schedule and specification
• Initiate cycles to the standard procedure.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust cycles while maintaining standard running conditions to
Specification of the product.
• Collect and prepare samples as specified
• Operation of the Venjakob Talc spraying lines and all associated equipment
• Input all machine and quality-related data into AX and other data gathering tools and maintain
all paperwork as required.
• Cross-train and demonstrate personal competency in other production areas. (Fabrication,
Talc Spray, Extrusion, LP) to fulfill the company's production needs.
• Ensure safe running of all equipment to internal safety guidelines
• Ensure the department and all associated areas are maintained in a safe, orderly, and tidy manner
manner
• Ensure the Team Lead is informed of all issues and problems
• Other duties as required/assigned

Other Responsibilities / Duties:
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Report all defective equipment and unsafe working practices to management.
• Maintain working areas to high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Maintain effective internal working relationships.
• Assist with other assignments and in other business areas as required by management.
• Complete occasional internal training related to quality and production applications.
