Key Responsibilities
- Operate drills and production equipment to process and finish parts
- Use hand tools safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure product quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production needs
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support team production goals and assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to safely use hand tools and basic production equipment
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
