Schedule & Pay
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Scheduling Requirements:
- Open availability for 2nd and/or 3rd shift
- Weekend availability required (2 weekends on, 1 weekend off)
- Overtime may be required
Pay:
- $17.83 – $18.96 per hour
- Shift differentials available
- +$1.00/hour weekend premium
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
About the Role
As a Direct Support Caregiver, you will provide daily support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent care and supervision to residents
- Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, and routines
- Support residents in building independence and life skills
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Follow established guidelines and care standards
- Accurately document care and daily activities
