Schedule & Pay
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Scheduling Requirements:
- Open availability for 2nd and/or 3rd shift
- Rotating weekends (2 weekends on, 1 weekend off)
- Overtime may be required
Pay:
- $17.83 – $18.96/hour
- Shift differentials available
- +$1.00/hour weekend premium
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Crown Staffing is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Caregivers in Somerset, KY. In this role, you will provide daily care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping them build independence and maintain a high quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent care and supervision to residents
- Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, and routines
- Support individuals in developing independence and life skills
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Follow care plans and established guidelines
- Accurately document care and daily activities
