Job Description
 As a member of the Field Service Team, your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
● Maintain all aspects of the customer service and rapport with customers
● Troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, software & communication problems in a timely manner
● Make required repairs most often onsite at customers location
● Performing quality preventative maintenance cleaning inspections
● Turn in all paperwork in a timely manner
● Maintain an accurate parts inventory
● Stay current on technical and mechanical issues through communications and training

Preferred Skills
● Any previous technical knowledge of ATMs or Teller Cash Recyclers
● Basic meter reading and electronic soldering skills

Required Skills and Competencies
● Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
● Must be able to sit and/or stand for long period of time, as well as be able to kneel, bend or twist
● Excellent customer service and communication skills, face-to-face as well as written
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Ability to collaborate with a team for problem solving and assistance
● Must be able to drive a company car to various customer sites during working hours
● Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing
● Must complete successful drug screening and background check

Education
● High School Diploma, required
● Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology or Network Communications, is a plus
● Certifications in related fields of electronics, communications and/or equivalent work experience,
is a plus
