The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Production Operator to run and support our liquid pouch packaging line. This role is essential to daily production — ensuring equipment is operated safely, products meet quality standards, and production targets are met without sacrificing integrity.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Production Leadership to keep the line running efficiently and correctly.
What You’ll Do
- Operate liquid pouch filling and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Set up, start up, and shut down the pouch line according to SOPs
- Monitor product quality, fill weights, seals, and overall line performance
- Perform in-process quality checks and document results accurately
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production area
- Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times
- Support changeovers, cleanings, and preventive maintenance activities
- Communicate clearly with teammates, leads, and supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives

Experience Requirements
- 1–3+ years in manufacturing, packaging, or production preferred
- Experience with liquid filling or pouch equipment is a strong plus
- No degree required — consistency, discipline, and character matter most
- Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or regulated manufacturing preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment
- Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
