Production Operator — Liquid Pouch Line | Union, KY
The Problem We’re Solving
We’re building a next-generation manufacturing operation for wellness products — not just focused on output, but on precision, consistency, and excellence. Traditional production environments often accept inefficiency, inconsistency, and waste as “normal.” We’re not doing that.
We’re building a modern, disciplined, and tech-enabled manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are embedded into daily work. Our liquid pouch line plays a critical role in delivering life-giving products to market, and it requires operators who care deeply about doing things right — every time.
We’re looking for a Production Operator who is hands-on, reliable, and proud of producing high-quality liquid pouch products at scale.
Who We Are
The Client exists to glorify God by creating life-giving products.
We’re scaling our Kentucky operation toward $100M+ output, powered by automation, data-driven operations, and disciplined manufacturing systems.
If you want to work in a faith-driven environment where integrity, accountability, and excellence matter — you’ll thrive here.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Production Operator to run and support our liquid pouch packaging line. This role is essential to daily production — ensuring equipment is operated safely, products meet quality standards, and production targets are met without sacrificing integrity.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Production Leadership to keep the line running efficiently and correctly.
What You’ll Do
  • Operate liquid pouch filling and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Set up, start up, and shut down the pouch line according to SOPs
  • Monitor product quality, fill weights, seals, and overall line performance
  • Perform in-process quality checks and document results accurately
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues and escalate when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production area
  • Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times
  • Support changeovers, cleanings, and preventive maintenance activities
  • Communicate clearly with teammates, leads, and supervisors
  • Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
Why You’ll Love This Role
  • You’ll work on real products that go to market every day
  • You’ll gain hands-on experience with automated pouch equipment
  • You’ll be part of a team that values quality, safety, and craftsmanship
  • You’ll work in a faith-driven environment where integrity matters
  • You’ll have opportunities to grow into lead operator or technical roles
  • You’ll be part of a mission-driven, high-performance culture
What Success Looks Like in Year One
  • Safe, consistent operation of the liquid pouch line
  • Strong quality compliance with minimal defects or rework
  • Accurate production and quality documentation
  • Reduced downtime through proactive attention and communication
  • Positive teamwork and strong shift-to-shift handoffs
  • Growing ownership of equipment, processes, and outcomes
Must-Have Traits
  • Love the mission
  • Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and accountability
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Safety- and quality-minded
  • Clear communicator and strong team contributor
  • Alignment with our mission, values, and “work is worship” mindset
Experience Requirements
  • 1–3+ years in manufacturing, packaging, or production preferred
  • Experience with liquid filling or pouch equipment is a strong plus
  • No degree required — consistency, discipline, and character matter most
  • Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or regulated manufacturing preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment
  • Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
Your Future Here
As the company grows, this role can develop into:
  • Lead Production Operator
  • Line Supervisor
  • Equipment Technician or Maintenance Support
