Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Must wear steel-toe boots
- Ability to use hand trucks and other material-handling equipment
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a casual, team-oriented environment

About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Packaging products into plastic bags using an automated bagging machine
- Inspecting products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Moving materials using a hand truck
- Transferring materials into smaller containers and boxes
- Weighing products to ensure proper quantities and specifications
- Assisting in sorting operations as needed
- Supporting production activities in multiple departments
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety procedures and company policies
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
