Production Line Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Location: Erlanger, KY

Production Line Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work in a cold-temperature production facility
- Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Dependable transportation required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attendance and reliability record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Previous production, packaging, manufacturing, or food processing experience preferred but not required
About the Production Line Associate Role
As a Production Line Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the production and packaging of meat products
- Working on a fast-paced production line to meet daily production goals
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Packaging products according to customer and company specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Performing repetitive assembly-line tasks throughout the shift
- Working efficiently to meet productivity requirements
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
- Adapting to rotating supervisors and following daily work instructions
- Supporting other production-related duties as assigned
