Monday – Friday | 3:30pm – 1:30am | $35–$40/hr DOE

Production Supervisor Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and workflow
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing fundamentals, including 5S, Standard Work, and variation reduction
- Ability to work the full 2nd shift schedule and weekend overtime as needed
- Preferred: Background in food, packaging, chemical, automotive, or related manufacturing industries

As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, motivate, and evaluate 2nd shift production employees
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA, safety, and PPE requirements
- Conduct daily safety checks, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Execute and manage the production schedule to meet targets for throughput, efficiency, and downtime
- Ensure proper line changeovers, startups, and shutdowns following Standard Work
- Enforce company quality standards and maintain quality manufacturing processes
- Maintain accurate production, scrap, and quality records via Daily Management
- Apply Lean tools including 5S, Standard Work creation, and Variation Reduction
