Runner / Material Handler Requirements
- Basic inventory or stock experience preferred
- Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts preferred
- Ability to use material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, ladders, and stretch wrap machines
About the Runner / Material Handler Role
As a Runner / Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:
As a Runner / Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:
- Pull materials and supplies from inventory to support production needs
- Deliver materials to production lines and stage finished products for distribution
- Wrap pallets and store them properly in the warehouse
- Retrieve and put away incoming orders following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
- Verify materials and supplies against production orders for accuracy
- Maintain organized stock and storage areas to support efficient operations
- Perform pre-use inspections on equipment such as pallet jacks and ladders
- Assist in improving workflow and efficiency on the production floor
