Production Worker Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate a hydraulic pallet jack
- Basic math and counting skills for order picking and inventory
- Ability to follow pick lists and packing instructions accurately
- Comfortable working with production and printing equipment
About the Production Worker Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and prepare customized orders using pick lists
- Assemble and pack products using automated tape dispensers and packing materials
- Palletize, wrap, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup
- Stock, replenish, and organize inventory in production and warehouse areas
- Operate a hydraulic pallet jack to move materials and finished goods
- Assemble a variety of products including paper goods, framed art, jewelry, glass, ceramics, textiles, and accessories
- Assist with print production processes using equipment such as large format printers and finishing machines
